This 1984 Collectors Plate is "Le Petit Poucet" de Charles Perrault or "Little Tom Thumb" - this plate is the second issue in Andre Quellier's Morals of Perrault -the plate is signed and there is also a signed and numbered (AK 106) Certificate of Authenticity.  The Certificate is signed by Quellier and Jean Vigneau who is Director Limoges Turgot.  This Fine Porcelain Plate made in Limoges France is in Excellent and Mint Condition, comes with papers as noted above, and its own foam box.  The underside of the plate has a wall hanging hook and a description in French of the story behind this plate.  The scene is very detailed with vivid colors.
