This is a red trimmed in black Victorinox tote by the original swiss army knife company. It is large and has two shoulder straps. It is 12 inches tall and about 16 inches long and 3 inches wide. It'd make a great book bag or beach bag. The inside looks new. The outside is clean and looks new aside from one spot about the size of a pea where the material  looks slightly faded. The bag, handles, and bottom have absolutely no wear, tear or odors.
