Large, casual short sleeved Polo, Patriotic, Red, Whit, and Blue Stripes. In nice condition.
I'm, not sure exactly when an item of Large Men's clothing becomes "Big and Tall" However I do have a 6'5, 475lb. son, who's been big pretty much since birth. Having said that, I feel comfortable In stating this "Sometimes you just have to call em as you see em."
For safe measure I've gone ahead and added a couple extra measurments. I know many of time I've gotten shirts for my son and even thou they would fit, he didn't feel comfortable with the length or they were to tight across the shoulders.  I'm not any kind of seamstress but I've measured these areas for you.It might help.
From shoulder to shoulder (that being where the arm sleeve seam attaches to the body of the shirt) and 25" inches was what I got. Please if anyone out there sees that I'm doing this wrong, please let me know. Ok then, in the front from the top of the bottom button to the bottom of the shirt seam was "I'd say" 29"
