Also, check back often, as we add items as often as possible. Send us FEEDBACK please. We drop ship our merchandise to our customers from that distributor’s warehouse. We due this due to the lack of storage space here at our home and with today’s economy, it doesn’t make sense to tie up a lot of money in inventory that may sit for several months before selling. Mostly though, this is done to insure that you always get a new, unopened item fresh from the factory, unless otherwise specified. Traditionally, we receive lists of items that are backordered or even discontinued. At times, there may be a communication breakdown between the warehouse and the distributor and us. Therefore, some items may be backordered or out of stock. We will email you if there is a delay. If after searching our other suppliers, for this item with no luck finding it anywhere, we cannot avoid this, we will notify you to let you know of your options at that moment. Sometimes this is completely unavoidable due to selling trends and we hope you will be understanding of a very embarrassing situation for us and allow us to make it up to you as best as we can. If not, we will gladly refund your total purchase price including shipping and handling. We will try our best to indicate if that is a home stock item.
