These 3-1/2" figurines of Snoopy were part of the Happy Meals sets in 1998-1999. The box or case was sold separately and that is what you see for auction. Snoopy is wearing a costume representing each of the countries above mentioned. The figures have movable heads and arms.

The figures appear to be in excellent condition and the box  is also in excellent condition.
