Policies

Shipping:

The item will be shipped within 3 business days after payment confirmation.

We use Air21 for shipping. In case your area is not serviced by Air21, other alternative will be used.

If you buy 2 products in one transaction, there is no shipping fee for the 2nd item.

Shipping fee will be shouldered by the buyer.

Accepting Meet-ups on these locations - SM Megamall, Robinson's Galleria, Robinson's Metro East, Robinson's Place Cainta, Sta. Lucia East Grandmall, Ever Gotesco Ortigas.


Payments:

Payment is expected within 3 business days after the completed order. Order is considered canceled if no payment information receive on the 4th day.

We only accepts BPI Deposits. Bank information will be sent few minutes after the order completion.

If you want to use Paypal or credit card, just proceed with the checkout and leave a message/note before finishing the checkout. Please indicate the credit card to be use. We will then send you a special invoice for the payment.

Note: Paypal and Credit Card payments will be subjected to 3.4% sales tax.

Warranty:

All Items carries 1 year warranty. If the product is found to be defective, we will replace or repair this product without charge provided it is not due to misuse, abuse, abnormal use, negligence, alteration or accident. Replacements are only good for 3 business days after receiving the product.
