We will wait for 7 days for the payment from the end date of the auction there after we will not assure the availability of the product

We accept online payment thru Paisa Pay, Cheque (payable at par), Demand Draft.

No Combined Shipping! No Exceptions! Shipping Rates are as listed on the Fixed Price / Auction. 

For  DD, Cheque please put item # and user id to facilitate processing. Payments without this information maybe experience delays in processing and/or be returned.

Payments must clear before items are shipped and will be marked for shipment automatically upon clearance.

 

Shipping & Handling

Shipping & Handling fees include shipping, handling, packing materials, boxes, fuel charges and warehouse processing charges;

Shipping & Handling charges are not negotiable.

Shipping & Handling and Insurance fees are not refundable under any circumstances.

If you pay with cheque, please keep your SHIP TO address in the Checkout form the same as the SHIP TO address in you eBay payment,

Don't complain or leave negative feedback regarding shipping & handling fee during or after the auction.

we normaly ship through reputed courier DTDC, ARAMEX. If In Any case Courier Service Is Not Available In Your Area. We Will Send Through Speed Post / Parcel.

That Will Take 10 To 15 Days. So Do Not Leave Negative Feed Back.

 

Return & Warranty Policies

Returns on Defective and/or Damaged items
Buyer is responsible for All Return Postage and Shipping Charges

Defective Items that are returned will be tested and if :1) Found defective- Buyer will be shipped a new replacement unit immediately
2) Found not defective- Item will be sent back to buyer

Item returned that are in working condition will be charged a 15% restocking fee when refund is given with a minimum of RS 50.00
Refund given will be calculated as follows - Winning Bid Price minus ((15% restocking fee or 50.00RS + S&H&Ins. Fee))
Shipping and Handling fees are non refundable as stated
Items returned must be in like new condition with all original boxes, hardware, manuals & accessories.
Any item returned that shows improper use, improper handling or physical damage; missing manuals, parts and accessories will be returned back to buyer. Items returned in any box that is not the original box will be returned to sender.

Defective or damaged items must be reported immediately within 5 days of receiving item.
Any item to be returned for refund must be received within 7 days of receiving item.

 

FEEDBACK / RATING FOR A SELLER

If you choose to leave detailed seller ratings, you must leave them at the same time you leave your overall Feedback rating and comment.
Buyers leave detailed seller ratings in four areas: item as described, communication, shipping time, and shipping and handling charges.
