This is a ruby red glass plate with decorative handles.  The item still retains the original hang tag which is rough.  It reads "This piece is hand decorated and kiln fired for lifetime service."  It goes on to say that the sterling silver design is rhodium treated for non tarnish. The company that made this was in service from 1907.

The plate measures 13 inches to the outside handle edges.  The plate has no chips or cracks and has very minor shelf wear.
