The exterior is water resistant polyester. It has pockets, and sleeves made of soft knit to keep your wrists warm. It zips up. It has a faux chinchilla fur collar.

The inside is filled with infinite adorable drawings by Betsey of cool girls and their thoughts. You will love looking at these when you're bored!

It's new; the only flaw is a less than 1/2" tear by the seam, due to the belt loop. The seam can easily be taken in and fixed! Or you can hide it with a belt.
