SHIPPING AND DISPATCH
We are located in CANADA. We ship to most International destinations and offer same day shipping. Prices include insurance on most items we ship within Canada, to the USA, and overseas. Postal rates are relatively high in Canada. We charge only actual postage costs, and when necessary, related packing supplies (e.g., when shipping glass or other fragile items).
Overseas shipping is by Airmail only. Given Canadian postal rates, we are unable to guarantee discounted combined shipping for orders placed outside of Canada and the United States. We welcome all inquiries regarding combined shipping possibilities.

DELIVERY STANDARDS
Delivery standards by airmail between Canada and the USA, and Canada and most overseas destinations take approximately 1-2 weeks. Canada/USA Expedited/Priority Mail normally takes 5-7 business days to most of the lower 48 States. The standard for ground shipping from Canada to the USA can range between 2-3 weeks.
Please note that items offered with Free Shipping may be shipped by ground (depending upon postal rates). We can also ship to the USA by ground upon special request. However, if selecting ground, please consider the longer delivery standard when grading our detailed star ratings. We appreciate your support.
