PAYMENT

 

Payment by Paypal is preferred and I can only accept payment by Paypal from overseas. In the UK I will accept cheques and postal orders too, if paying by either of these methods please enclose details of the item along with your payment. Your parcel will be posted once the payment has been received and cleared into my account.

 

I will accept cash on collection for any items that are collected from me in person.

POSTAGE

 

Please note that my postage cost includes the cost of the stamp and the packaging. I keep them as low as I possibly can for you.

 

I aim to post your parcel out within one working day of receiving cleared payment from you, BUT I do have two children and I don't drive so this isn't always possible. I always confirm when your parcel is on its way to you and will always inform you of any delays.

 

I post out using Royal Mail 2^nd class for the majority of items, if you need something fast please ask me and I will change the postage cost to first class.

 

I cannot be held responsible for items that get lost in the post, but should your parcel go missing I will happily send you the proof of posting ( by recorded delivery ) so that you can put a claim in with Royal Mail directly.

 

 

REFUNDS

 

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your item please contact me first of all, I am a friendly and approachable person and I will do my best to sort out any problems. I will accept returns as long as the item is in the same condition as when it was sent out, please let me know that you are returning an item before you do though! I will refund the amount of the item but I don't refund any postage as I have to pay this out when I post out to you and my postage costs are very fair and as low as I can get them anyway!

Once you have received your item and are happy with it please then leave feedback for me. I will then leave positive feedback in return for you to close the transaction. If you have any problems at all please contact me before leaving feedback as problems can always be sorted out fairly and easily.
