Louis Martin (TM) was launched in India in the year 2008 at New Delhi, A leading men’s wear brand. Our lineage date back to1990 as Wasan Fashions, trading in branded shirts, trousers, & women’s designer wear. We have own showrooms at city of SriGanganar, town bordering Punjab & Rajasthan.
The team is led by 3rd generation entrepreneur Jasdeep Singh Wasan & his spouse. We have showroom, manufacturing, processing & finishing facilities at Karol Bagh.
The brand is based on a design consciousness, product delivery system with a inspiration of international designing and benchmarked local sourcing. For the Louis Martin customer, elegance and style are not just fads, but a philosophy and therefore, keeping their tastes in mind, Louis Martin was opposed to the conventional nine-to-five formal wear. Instead, the brand makes available a 24/7 self-expression range of garments to their target audience.

Impeccably crafted inside out, these garments are designed to look as good as new even after repeated wearing and washes Since providing the best quality product is our commitment, we at Louis Martin place a high degree of emphasis on every step of our shirt production process, from cutting to the final packing process.
Cutting Department
The first step of the production process is to draw a shirt pattern on a large paper. Next, the fabric is overlaid in layers according to the number of orders. Then, the large patterned paper is laid on top of the fabric and the fabric is cut according to the pattern. Later, the cut pieces are inspected by our experienced Q.C. staff to ensure the fabric quality.
Sewing Department
Sewing Department consists of 2 sections:
Sewing Section – In this section, cut pieces of fabric are sewn together and inspected for sewing quality before passing to assembly section.
Assembly Section - Responsible for assembling shirts and measuring the size. If the shirts are in required sizes, they will later be processed in a thread vacuum machine to remove the remnants of thread.
Finishing Department
Responsible for ironing shirts before folding, packaging and delivery to customers. If the shirts are made of Postcure fabric, they will be processed in baking machine before ironing.
Finishing Plant :
After working on the processes of garment designing and making the process of finishing has to be undertaken for giving it the final touch to make it look more attractive. At Louis Martin we make a use of many automatic equipment of Italian & Japanese make along with manual operations to finish a particular garment as per the client’s requirement. All the products have to be finished depending upon the quality of the garment used which can be jeans, skirts, jackets and wrinkle free trousers
Louis Martin is equipped with the latest technology of manufacturing with 80 imported machines.The manufacturing facilities have been specially designed for the manufacturing of shirts & trousers that produce 500 units per day. A true assembly line system of production with latest and specialized press finishing to facilitate a very high level of consistent quality.
Today Louis Martin is making rapid strides & available across many towns across India. We are looking for distributors to further enhance our presence.
