PICKUP HOOD LATCH PANEL

I don't think this part is OEM but is a replacement panel.  The hood latch pictured is in very shape with some surface rust and most of the item is still has it's gray primer.  The top is straight with no bends or dents. 

I looks like it was used for a very short time and not painted.
