Within USA:
FREE - Approximate delivery time is 2 to 9 business days (average 5 days). Our products will ship via USPS (US Postal Service). Hawaii and Alaska may take longer. Items may be shipped together. However, we do not offer discounts on combined shipping.
Note: The book will ship same day as full payment, if payment is received by 2:00PM EST otherwise please allow 1 business day for your order to process and ship out. Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time. Ship times are shown above.
