This auction is for a  pair of ladies artsy, wide leg, cropped or Capri style 100% Rayon pants, made by "White Rice" . These pants look like they were purchased at a small boutique called "Upstage"located in Anacortes Washington. They are new with tags,size XL, the waist is about 34", In seam  about 26". They are a medium blue, with a checkered texture or pattern to the rayon fabric.  Elastic in the waist stretches it to about 38" waist when stretched out. Cute detail at ankle of pant.
