This auction is for a ladies 100% Silk Blouse made by INC International Concepts Woman. This top is SZ 18W and is a soft and billowy black and purple floral top with 3/4 sleeves. It is a lightweight fabric. It has a gathered elatsic waistband. Elastic around the end of the sleeves,verysoft and silky. This blouse is pre-owned, but in excellent gently used condition!
