CONFIRMED ADDRESS
We only ship goods to addresses that are CONFIRMED. A buyer's Confirmed Address is checked against the credit card billing address maintained by his or her credit card company. This is useful because it provides a way for us to verify a buyer's identity.
To check if your address is confirmed, log in to your account and click the Profile tab, followed by the Postal Address link. If your address is not confirmed, you must complete Location Confirmation before placing your order with us.
The easiest way to confirm your address is by phone. Click the Recommended Steps for Merchants link in the left-hand column, followed by the Confirm Location link. You will find the scheduled time you selected to receive an automated phone call from Pay Pal, and the Phone Confirmation PIN you must enter during the phone call. When you will receive the call, follow the automated instructions to enter your PIN and confirm your location.
If the Phone Confirmation Process is not completed correctly, Pay Pal will send a new code to you via postal mail. Once you receive the letter, please follow the included instructions to confirm your location. |

If you are not at home when your delivery is attempted, you will receive a card providing contact details of the Post Office or delivery company. It is essential to call them as soon as possible as items are normally held for 4 working days before being returned to sender. Returned items incur additional delivery costs and we will not redeliver unless we are reimbursed for these charges. We do not refund shipping costs for non-delivery unless it is due to our fault or the fault of the shipping company.

Refunds & Returns:
Refunds are made according to the following guidelines
1) No refunds are made for shipping costs
2) Any goods returned for refund must be returned with all packaging, cables, manuals etc in perfect condition.
3) Goods must be returned by an insured signed for service (eg Recorded delivery), LivinpastUK are not responsible for losses during return shipping.
4) Any goods that have been tampered with ie: electiral goods opened up WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN OR REFUND.
5) Goods found to be faulty will be refunded (once tested) in full (excluding shipping costs).
6) Goods found to be in good condition will be refunded less 20% admin fee (excluding shipping costs.)
