Return Policy:

If the Spinnerette arrives damaged or defective, you MUST contact us within 48 hours and we will issue you a Return Authorization. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization. Once a Return Authorization is issued, we will have the Spinnerette picked up and returned at no cost to you. The Spinnerette must be in its original packaging, with all manuals and parts. Please indicate if you would like a replacement or a refund. If the Spinnerette works but you would like to return it anyway, you may do so within 30 days and pay only the return shipping cost, plus a 20% restocking fee. A Return Authorization is required, and the Spinnerette must be in its original packaging, with all manuals and parts, or an additional fee will be applied.

This item ships via UPS Ground from our warehouse in Ohio (or Kentucky, same shipping cost and transit time). Shipping is usually within 1 business day of payment, but can take 2 business days during busy periods. Transit time (1-5 business days) increases with your distance from Ohio/Kentucky. Sorry, local pickup is not available for this item.
