If the air purifier arrives damaged or defective, you MUST contact us within 48 hours and we will issue you a Return Authorization. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization. Once a Return Authorization is issued, we will have the air purifier picked up and returned at no cost to you. The air purifier must be in its original packaging, with all manuals and parts. Please indicate if you would like a replacement or a refund. If the air purifier works but you would like to return it anyway, you may do so within 30 days and pay only the original shipping cost, plus the return shipping cost, plus a 20% restocking fee. A Return Authorization is required, and the air purifier must be in its original packaging, with all manuals and parts, or an additional fee will be applied.

Local Pickup:

If you live near Richfield, Ohio, you can pick up the air purifier yourself and pay just a $8 handling charge rather than $20+ for shipping/handling. For local pickup, complete your purchase as normal, including the calculated shipping charge, and include a note to us that you would like to pick up the air purifier yourself. Then, DON'T complete payment. We will send you an invoice with a discount to bring the shipping/handling charge down to $8, and a total of $437.99 due. Then when you complete payment, we will send you the address for pickup.
