Return Policy:

If the item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours and we will issue you a Return Authorization. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization. Once issued, we will arrange for the item to be picked up and returned to us at no cost to you. The item must be in its original packaging, with all parts and manuals. Please indicate whether you would like a replacement or a refund. A refund will include the purchase price plus original shipping, or a replacement will be shipped to you at no additional cost.

If the item works but you would like to return it anyway, you may do so within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us for a Return Authorization. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization. Once issued, you may ship the item back to us (you pay the shipping), and we will issue a refund of the purchase price only (not the original shipping expense), minus a 20% restocking fee. The item must be in its original packaging, with all parts and manuals, or an additional fee will be applied.
