If the dehumidifier arrives damaged or defective, you MUST contact us within 48 hours and we will issue you a Return Authorization. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization. Once a Return Authorization is issued, we will have the dehumidifier picked up and returned at no cost to you. The dehumidifier must be in its original packaging, with all manuals and parts. Please indicate if you would like a replacement or a refund. If the dehumidifier works but you would like to return it anyway, you may do so within 30 days and pay the return shipping cost plus a 30% restocking fee. A Return Authorization is required, and the dehumidifier must be in its original packaging, with all manuals and parts, or an additional fee will be applied.

Local Pickup:

If you live near Richfield, Ohio, you can pick up the dehumidifier yourself and pay just a $8 handling charge rather than $35+ for shipping/handling. For local pickup, complete your purchase as normal, including the calculated shipping charge, and include a note to us that you would like to pick up the dehumidifier yourself. Then, don't complete payment. We will send you an invoice with a discount to bring the shipping charge down to $8, and a total of $217.99 due. Then when you complete payment, we will send you the address for pickup.
