If the microwave arrives damaged or defective, you MUST contact us within 48 hours and we will issue you a Return Authorization. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization. Once a Return Authorization is issued, we will have the microwave picked up and returned at no cost to you. The microwave must be in its original packaging, with all manuals and parts. Please indicate if you would like a replacement or a refund. If the microwave works but you would like to return it anyway, you may do so within 30 days and pay only the original shipping cost, plus the return shipping cost, plus a 20% restocking fee. A Return Authorization is required, and the microwave must be in its original packaging, with all manuals and parts, or an additional fee will be applied.

This item ships via UPS Ground from our warehouse in Ohio. Shipping is usually within 1 business day of payment, but can take 2 business days during busy periods. Calculate your shipping cost by entering your zip code above. Shipping cost and transit time (1-5 business days) increases with your distance from Ohio.
Local Pickup:
If you live near Richfield, Ohio, you can pick up the microwave yourself and pay just a $20 handling charge rather than $60+ for shipping/handling. For local pickup, complete your purchase as normal, including the calculated shipping charge, and include a note to us that you would like to pick up the microwave yourself. Then, DON'T complete payment. We will send you an invoice with a discount to bring the shipping/handling charge down to $20, and a total of $297.77 due. Then when you complete payment, we will send you the address for pickup.
