If the Wine Cooler arrives damaged or defective, you MUST contact us within 48 hours and we will issue you a Return Authorization. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization. Once a Return Authorization is issued, we will have the Wine Cooler picked up and returned at no cost to you. The Wine Cooler must be in its original packaging, with all manuals and parts. Please indicate if you would like a replacement or a refund. If the Wine Cooler works but you would like to return it anyway, you may do so within 30 days and pay the return shipping cost plus a 30% restocking fee. A Return Authorization is required, and the Wine Cooler must be in its original packaging, with all manuals and parts, or an additional fee will be applied.

This item ships via Freight Truck from our warehouse in Ohio. Shipping is usually within 1 business day of payment, but can take 2 business days during busy periods. Transit time (1-10 business days) increases with your distance from Ohio. Local pickup is available for this item if you are near Richfield, during normal business hours Monday through Friday 9 to 5.
