If the Wine Cooler arrives damaged or defective, you MUST contact us within 48 hours and we will issue you a Return Authorization. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization. Once a Return Authorization is issued, we will have the Wine Cooler picked up and returned at no cost to you. The Wine Cooler must be in its original packaging, with all manuals and parts. Please indicate if you would like a replacement or a refund. If the Wine Cooler works but you would like to return it anyway, you may do so within 30 days and pay the return shipping cost plus a 30% restocking fee.
