If the jukebox arrives damaged or defective, you MUST contact us within 48 hours and we will issue you a Return Authorization. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization. Once a Return Authorization is issued, we will have the jukebox picked up and returned at no cost to you. The jukebox must be in its original packaging, with all manuals and parts. Please indicate if you would like a replacement or a refund. If the jukebox works but you would like to return it anyway, you may do so within 30 days and pay only the original shipping cost, plus the return shipping cost, plus a 20% restocking fee. A Return Authorization is required, and the jukebox must be in its original packaging, with all manuals and parts, or an additional fee will be applied.
