Shipping fees do apply! We take shipping very seriously, but we cannot be held responsible for items once they're shipped, so we require insurance on all oreders for candles and products that are fragile or antique. We wrap our candles with care and always double check the seal! We ship candles upright and wrapped as tightly as possible! We try to describe each candle scent/ item to the best of our ability.
