Return & Exchange Policy
- Product may be returned if it is defective.
- Product may be returned and exchanged if product that was sent is different from what you ordered.
- MangoMed
must be notified within 3 days after receiving your item if the product
has to be returned or replaced. We will not accept returns after 3
days alloted time.
- Product to be returned/exchanged must still be in good condition.
Shipping Policy- Your order may be shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx. Shipping method may be chosen at the time of CheckOut.
- Shipping rates are calculated based on the location of recipient, weight & size of product and delivery time.
- For Medical Scrubs, we offer a flat rate shipping of $3.00 and $1 per additional item.
- Our website also offers a Shipping Calculator.
- Delivery time will depend on the chosen Shipping Method at CheckOut.
Payment & Refunds Policy- All payments are processed through PayPal.
- Customers can pay thru PayPal without PayPal account.
- MangoMed will accept eligible returns within 3 days of customer receiving order.
- Money refunds will be returned in the same way the customer originally paid.
- MangoMed will process refunds within one week of receiving an authorized return.
- No restocking fees apply.
