Store returns are just that. When you buy something at a store like Best Buys and then take it home and have buyers remorse or possibly a birthday or Christmas gift you cannot really use so you take it back to the store. Once the packages have been compromised the stores send the item back in and that is where we buy it from them. These items in most cases are just like brand new with possible damage to the package so they cannot be sold in the electronics store that originally sold the item.
What I Do
I inspect the contents if the package has been opened. Will test the product if possible and make sure it works as it should. We will re-package the inspected items and pack them for sale in their original package.
Returns
We will take returns for items that do not work within 3 days of purchased provided the item is returned in the condition it was sent. Will not take returns on any items sold "as is" or as "scrap"
