Usage:
Please dust or clean your MacBook/MacBook Pro toremove any particles that maybe clinging to the surface before puttingon your case. To put on your case, keep your MacBook/MacBook Proclosed. Place MacBook/MacBook Pro in bottom half of case, snap on thecorners and back 'hooks'. Place top half of the case on top ofMacBook/MacBook Pro, snap on corners. Pull the small tabs away from theMacBook/MacBook Pro corners to remove the case. We recommend removingthe case periodically to dust or clean your MacBook/MacBook Pro.

A=Un-OpenedPackage, May have slight damage to packaging. Basically this item isnew as it has never been opened and may just have some small packageissue.
B=Openedpackage but all contents are complete and the product looks new. Little or no cosmetic issues and all parts present. Normally will bein retail packaging but we do occasionally re-package items we buy.
C=Lookslike it could have been used once or twice and may exhibit smallcosmetic issues. Normally these items will not be in their originalpackaging.
S=Scrap, scrap would be a speculative buy and carry no refunds or guarantee. They might be used for parts and are sold "as is"
Storereturns are just that. When you buy something at a store like BestBuys and then take it home and have buyers remorse or possibly abirthday or Christmas gift you cannot really use so you take it back tothe store. Once the packages have been compromised the stores send theitem back in and that is where we buy it from them. These items inmost cases are just like brand new with possible damage to the packageso they cannot be sold in the electronics store that originally soldthe item.
What I Do
Iinspect the contents if the package has been opened. Will test theproduct if possible and make sure it works as it should. We willre-package the inspected items and pack them for sale in their originalpackage.
Returns
Wewill take returns for items that do not work within 3 days of purchasedprovided the item is returned in the condition it was sent. Will nottake returns on any items sold "as is" or as "scrap"
