Nemesis Enforcer's original profile imparted to him an origin as a horrific zombie creature that inadvertently generated the legends of vampires and harpies in the process of implementing the will of Golobulus. Lt. Falcon is clad in beret and camo uniform, and is equipped with pack, pistol and shotgun. Lt.
