The squad is designed to withstand subzero temperatures, destructive blizzards and ceaseless plateaus of snow and ice. Most importantly, the Arctic Assault Squad is prepared to neutralize any efforts launched by GI Joe to stymie the completion of the new Cobra weapon.
This assortment includes the following figures:
1x Scrap-Iron: Identified by his distinctive helmet and visor, Scrap-Iron is clad in blue and grey cold weather gear, and is armed with an array of equipment including a pistol, machinegun, and a launcher with two missiles. An uncompromising perfectionist, Scrap-Iron specializes in the construction anti-tank weaponry.
1x Snow Serpent Officer: The Snow Serpent Officer is clad in off-white cold weather gear, and is differentiated from the standard Snow Serpents by a dark blue mask, an amber-colored visor, a dark brown pack, and dark brown fur collar, shoulder pads and gloves. The Snow Serpent Officer is equipped with snow shoes, two rifles, and a rocket launcher.
1x Tele-Viper: The Tele-Viper is clad in cold weather gear, and is accompanied by a pistol and comm equipment. Tele-Vipers are the Radio Telecommunications Operators of the Cobra ground forces. The interior of the Tele-Viper's distinctive helmet provides an LED readout triggered through the computer pack.
2x Snow Serpent Trooper: The Snow Serpent Troopers are clad in off-white cold weather gear, with dark brown masks, blue-colored visors, blue packs, and white fur collars, shoulder pads and gloves. The Snow Serpent Troopers are equipped with snow shoes, assault rifles and rocket launchers.
2x Cobra Viper: Both of the Vipers are clad in blue and white cold weather gear with opaque silver faceplates. The first Viper features a broader helmet with a grey vest and a pack, pistol and knife. The second Viper features a narrower helmet with pack, pistol, rocket launcher and heavy caliber machinegun with ammo strip.
Cobra Desert Assault Team: Converting an unforgiving desert setting into a heavily defended staging ground, Cobra has organized the Desert Assault Squad with the intention of desiccating the GI Joe forces and leaving them to the mercy of the ants and buzzards. The trooper-heavy Desert Assault squad is heaped with explosives and flamethrowers, and is benefited by the extensive field experience of hard-bitten mercenary Major Bludd.
This assortment includes the following figures:
1x Major Bludd: This version appears to be loyal to the original Major Bludd down to the details of the silver dog tags and the black bionic right arm. Major Bludd is clad in a brown and black uniform complete with armored breastplate, and is equipped with a bone-colored scarf, and a rocket pistol and black ammo pack.
1x Cobra Officer: The Cobra Officer is clad in tan and brown desert gear, complete with red-strapped harness and removable Cobra helmet. The Cobra Officer is equipped with a pack, a knife and a machinegun. Cobra Officers, their uniform designs slightly different than those of the standard Cobra troops, often serve as frontline fighters.
2x Crimson Guard: The Crimson Guard is clad in a tan-colored uniform, and is equipped with a removable helmet, a pack, a revolver and a rife. Harvested from the elite Cobra ranks, Crimson Guardsmen are geared for efficiency and savage prowess, but are simultaneously capable of blending in with everyday civilians.
3x Cobra Trooper: The first Cobra Trooper incorporates the Barbeque mold, and is equipped with a pair of rifles and a fuel pack. The second Cobra Trooper is clad in a tan and red uniform, and is equipped with a pack, a machinegun, mines and a mine detector. The third trooper, equipped with a rocket pack, is based upon the Cobra Air Trooper.
