This is a wonderful set of Haviland and Company, Limoges, France dinnerware that was produced sometime before 1930.  I believe this dinnerware is Schleiger 513a since the decorations are identical to Schleiger 513 except for the mustard ring around the rim.  The set consists of the following pieces:
