This creamer and sugar bowl come from the American Brilliant Period which dates from around 1876 to 1917. I think this set was cut fairly early on because of the amount and style of cutting. They are cut from clear heavy blanks that are very refractive. The piecess are 3 1/2" tall and 3" wide. They are in excellent condition with no damage noted.
