This is a 1960s beer stein with a hunting motif.  The stein has a fox handle and depicts stags and boars either running or having been felled.  The hunter is hiding in the greenery.  At the bottom the stein reads Die grüne Heid des Jägers Freud which translates to the green morelands the hunter's joy.  The tin lid is in excellent shape and retains all of its shine.  There is a start of an impressed backstamp on the bottom of the stein which reads Ger (the remainder didn't impress) and the lid is marked DBGM.  It is approximately 9" tall.
