This is the 7 3/8" Waterford Alaina wine hock. I have 9, price is for one. All of the goblets are acid etched with the Waterford name and all pieces are in pristine condition.
In Gaelic, Alana is a term of endearment meaning darling or darling child..The Alana pattern takes the longest per piece to produce because it contains more cuts than other patterns. It was first being produced in Ireland in 1952 and since it is no longer being imported, has become highly collecteable.
