These are 10 brown transferware butter pats from English potteries.

- The first pat in the top row is by Edge Malkin and Co in a pattern called Summertime.  The backstamp dates it to about 1902.  It is in excellent condition.
- The 2nd pat in the top row what I believe is the name of the potteIry but it is not readable.  It does not have any chips or cracks but does have brown crazing.
- The third pat is actually green transferware.  The pattern is West Heath by Alfred Meakin.  It, too, is undamaged but has what appears to be dust under the glaze.
- The firs pat in the middle row is by Smith, Ford and Jones.  This pat dates to before 1895 when the company became Smith Ford.  I didn't find the pattern name.  It has brown crazing.
- The next two in the middle row are identical except the colors are a little different.  They are marked Royal Ironstone, Alfred Meakin.  One is in mint condition, the other has a oinhead size chip from one corner.
- The last one on the middle row is unmarked.  It has brown crazing underneath.  It does not have any other damage.
- The first one in the bottom row is unmarked.  It has some dust under the glaze, otherwise in excellent condition.
- The middle one in the bottom row is by T&R Boote in their Tourney pattern.  It is in excellent condition.
- The last one is by F. Winkle and Company in their Blenheim pattern.  It is in excellent condition
