Payment- Payment is required within 3 days of purchase. PayPal is our recommended choice of payment. We do accept other methods of payments; however this could DELAY your shipment. Please contact us for more options.
Shipping- Orders received before 2pm PST Monday- Friday (EXCLUDING HOLIDAYS) will ship the same day. If your order is placed after 2PM PST Friday it will be shipped on the following Monday. We reserve the right to ship from our shop or one of our many distributors (To get your order to you the quickest). Combined shipping is gladly accepted, we ask you contact us and ask for a total for all products purchased before check out. All FREE shipping offers ONLY apply to the lower 48 Continental United States. We ship only Non-Flammable products internationally, please contact us for an accurate quote on shipping.

Back Orders- Occasionally some products are back ordered. When this happens you will be notified by e-mail and all option will be explained and you will be able to decide what works best for your situation.
Returns- Returns must be received within 14 days and accompanied by an R/A#. Contact us for the number. We will gladly refund your purchase price due to manufacture defect or error on our part. If you have an issue with the product other than defect or an error on our part please contact us we will evaluate each case on a one on one basis.
