This knife is made from a very special type of stainless steel. This will insure long life for the blade sharpness and hardening. We achieve this blade quality by a special process of forging and heat-treating.

 

In order to protect the knife do not allow it to be exposed to a damp condition for long periods, otherwise small spots may appear on the blade or handle. If this occurs, wipe the knife with a cloth with light oil and the problem is gone.
