It's made to fit around your forearm for easy access to four clear-view windows that can be used for pictures of HVT's, comm plans, maps and language cards.
The small zippered compartment on the outside can be used for map pens or grease pencils.
The Tactical Arm Band has a Universal fit for either forearm!

This item has never been used, I've had it sitting in a box with a bunch of field gear.
