This is a handmade, BRAND NEW Mennonite-style girls dress.  The material is a polyester with a lace/ribbon trim at the waistline and the edge of the sleeve.   This dress is also special because it has a lace edged pocket for a girl to keep her treasures in! 

In my opinion, this dress would fit approximate 2-4 T, depending on the girls size.  But, as with all handmade items, please check the measurements carefully before buying.

From the middle of shoulder seam to the waistline is 9 inches.

From waistline to skirt hem is 20 3/4  inches

Waistline measures 25 inches.
