This is a handmade, modest dress, it is a beautiful red color with white and black stripes.  On the bottom of the sleeve and the hem of the dress, the fabric stripes run the opposite was as an added effect.

This is not a cape dress, and is made for a very small-busted woman or young girl.  This would be a good school girl dress.  As with all handmade dresses, check the measurements below.

From the middle of the shoulder seam to the waistline, measures 13 inches. 

From waistline to edge of hem is 36 inches. 

The waistline measures 36-39 inches, the waistline can be cinched in the back with the tie belt.
