This is a handmade cape dress.  The fabric is a polyester blend. The fabric is a solid and is a lovely green, also the fabric has a little bit of a shine to it, it looks dressy. 

A round neck is featured at the neckline and an invisible zipper in the back.  All edges of the fabric are zig-zagged so it will not fray.   The waistline has a small belt sewn into the waistline.  The sleeves have an attractive notch cut on the end of the sleeve.

In my opinion, this dress will fit a small woman or girl, but as with all handmade dresses, please check the measurements carefully.

From the middle of the shoulder seam to the waistline is 14 inches.

From waistline to the hem is 34 inches.

The waistline is 25 inches.  Small waistline.

Bust is 32.
