This is a handmade Mennonite cape dress.  The fabric is a beautiful yellow/peach swirls on a background of cream polyester that does not need to be ironed.     There is an invisible zipper in the back.    The edges of the fabric are murred to prevent fraying, very important.     One specialty of this dress is that the dress is lined with white the whole way down to the skirt, in that case no slip is needed.     Also, in the back is a tie belt.    In my opinion, this would make a lovely  dress for a medium  woman , as with all other handmade dresses, check the measurements closely.   This dress is in EXCELLENT condition. 

The measurement from the middle of the shoulder seam to the waistline is 16 inches.

From the wasit to the hem measures 38 inches, it could be hemmed up a couple of inches if you would like to alter it yourself.

The waistline measurement is 33 1/2 inches, if you have a smaller waist, you could cinch it in the back with the belt.
