This is a handmade cape dress.  The fabric is a polyester blend.  The fabric is a dark blue with a small textured line through it and white daisies. This dress has a decorative edge on the edge of the sleeves, the edge of the hem and the edge of the front cape, it's pretty!

A round neck is featured at the neckline and an invisible zipper in the back.  All edges of the fabric are serged so it will not fray.   It is in very good condition and is made out of durable fabric.

In my opinion, this dress will fit a small woman or girl, but as with all handmade dresses, please check the measurements carefully.

From the middle of the shoulder seam to the waistline is 14 inches.

From waistline to the hem is 32 inches.

The waistline is 26 inches.
