This is a handmade cape dress.  The fabric is a cotton blend, also will not need ironing.  The fabric is GORGEOUS, it is black and the flowers are white, tan and are etched/stitched on top of the fabric.   All the edges are serged in a matching black to prevent fraying, so it will wear quite well and the whole dress is in EXCELLENT condition.    It features a round neck.

In my opinion, this dress will fit a extra small woman or girl, but as with all handmade dresses, please check the measurements carefully.

From the middle of the shoulder seam to the waistline is 14 1/2 inches. 

From waistline to the hem is 32 1/2 inches.

The waistline is 27-28 inches.
