This is a handmade cape dress. This fabric is a cotton blend, it would be cool for the summer weather.  This fabric shows a little wear but is in fair condition.   The fabric is a white background with a small green flower and a tiny blue dot.    The dress features a round neck and a zipper in the back.  

In my opinion, this dress will fit a small to medium woman, but as with all handmade dresses, please check the measurements carefully.

From the middle of the shoulder seam to the waistline is 15 inches. 

From waistline to the hem is 31 inches. 

The waistline is 28

Bust is 34
