This is a handmade cape dress.  The fabric is a polyester blend, it would be a very comfortable dress and will not wrinkle.  The fabric is a lightblue with a very faint white plaid.    In under the cape are 2 zippers for access for breastfeeding.   The neckline is square, the waistline has some nice pleats and 2 white buttons.  This dress is in EXCELLENT condition, well sewn and all seams have been serged to prevent fraying.

In my opinion, this dress will fit a small sized woman, but as with all handmade dresses, please check the measurements carefully.

From the middle of the shoulder seam to the waistline is 14 1/2 inches. 

From waistline to the hem is 32 inches.  The dress could easily be shortened.
