This is a handmade cape dress.  The fabric is a polyester blend, it will not wrinkle so no need for ironing.   The fabric is a medium brown with a stripe with a slight shine, tan and darker brown flowers throughout.   This dress is in EXCELLENTcondition.  This dress features a round neck, invisible zipper in the back, and a comfortable elastic waistline. 

In my opinion, this dress will fit a medium to large woman, but as with all handmade dresses, please check the measurements carefully.

From the middle of the shoulder seam to the waistline is 16 1/2 inches. 

From waistline to the hem is 32 inches.

The waistline is 30-34 inches, the elastic waist makes it more adjustable.

Bust is 38-40
