This is a handmade cape dress.  The fabric is a polyester blend, also will not need ironing.  The fabric is a lovely light blue with flowers of purple and a darker blue and a green leaf.  This dress is in EXCELLENT (hardly used) condition, all edges of the fabric have been serged so the fabric does not fray.  The neck is a sweetheart neckline, the waistline is elastic which is very comfortable and adjustable to your waistline.   The sleeve ends have a small button and tuck on the side.

In my opinion, this dress will fit a medium woman , but as with all handmade dresses, please check the measurements carefully.

From the middle of the shoulder seam to the waistline is 16 inches. 

From waistline to the hem is 31 1/2 inches.

The waistline is 24-30 inches.   (note: this dress could be altered by puttin in some new elastic and making the waistline larger)
