This is a handmade cape dress.  The fabric is a cotton blend.   It is a white fabric with small blue flowers.   This dress features a round neck, tie belt and blue ric-rac a few inches above the hem of the dress.   It is in GOOD condition and the seams are serged to prevent fraying.  This dress is well sewn.

In my opinion, this dress would be a size medium.  But as with all handmade dresses, please check the measurements carefully.

From the middle of the shoulder seam to the waistline is 14 1/2 inches.

From waistline to the hem is 36 inches.

The waistline is 27-28 inches.

Bust is 32.
